30-Day Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your FrostDrop order. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, simply email us at schaefferbusiness1@gmail.com with your order number and a brief reason, and we'll guide you through every step.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, or send you a replacement instead - your choice.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect - in those cases, we cover the cost and make it right.
Damaged or wrong items: Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 48 hours if anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, so we can resolve it right away.
Exceptions: Final-sale and personalized items cannot be returned.
